General Questions

1. What are your guarantees after the surgery if I have complications when I returned to my country?
   Clients are encouraged to report back post-operative outcomes to their contact person. In any case, they will be contacting you from time to time just to check on your status after the operation. If there are post-operative concerns, the operative outcomes are screened, reported and necessary measures will be recommended by the concerned surgeons/physicians as to how to go about repair or re-do. Complications such as infection or bleeding seldom happen but we have surgeons and specialists who are competent to give efficient management. Immediate complications resulting from pre-existing conditions are not included in the guarantee and treatment costs are not included in the package price quoted.
   
   
2. How long can I go back to my normal activity such as work and swimming?
   Patients are recommended to go back to work approximately 2 weeks after surgery, depending on their fitness, type of surgery and advice from their surgeon. It is advisable to wait for complete healing of wounds before indulging in any swimming and excessive outdoor activities.
   
   
3. Do you provide hotel/accommodation and plane ticket for the package?
   We don’t have packages that include hotel and flight booking at the moment. In-hospital accommodations are already included in most of the package prices. We can assist you in booking at affiliate hotels around Phuket, near the hospital or by the beach, after discharge from the hospital.
   
   
4. Do I need garment support after the surgery? If so, where can I buy it?
   Yes, a garment support/bra is needed to help your body conform to a natural in shape after the surgery. You will be able to buy it from the Aesthetic Center, if needed, or otherwise bring your own for convenience.
   
   
5. How can I make appointments for consultation and surgery?

6. What room do you provide and what are the facilities included in the package?
   We provide Private Rooms for patients to recuperate.

7. How long should I stay in Phuket for the surgery?
   Single-procedure operations will need a stay of 8-10 days whereas multi-procedure operations needs at least 2-3 weeks of stay after surgery, depending on type of procedures, and advice from attending surgeon. These include appointments for follow-ups after the operation to ensure excellent outcomes.

   All of our specialist plastic surgeons are national-board certified, with extensive training performing estimated 3,000 cases per year.
   
   
10. Do you have any time frame for booking/advance booking and/or urgent booking?
    Advance booking is highly advised 3-6 months ahead of time, due to tight schedules. Urgent bookings will depend on availability, with appointments confirmed at least 2-3 weeks before your arrival to Phuket.
    
    
11. Do you provide pick up transfer?
    Pick-up transfers from the airport or hotel are available and will be coordinated upon request. Just inform your contact person about your travel itinerary and trips will be organized to diminish hassles during your treatments and vacationing in Phuket.
