Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)
Financial Issues
- How and when can I pay for my surgery?
Payments are made after a complete assessment done by the surgeon, and after patients have been completely informed about the procedures that will be done. Paying upfront is done with cash, VISA and MasterCard.
Payments in advance can be made by bank transfer and e-payment, with transactions done 14 days before arrival to Phuket.
- Do you accept insurance coverage for aesthetic surgeries?
Insurance coverage for aesthetic surgeries will depend on your insurance policy. However, we do not process payments from the insurance companies for aesthetic procedures. We encourage patients to pay the costs and claim for reimbursements themselves. Documents necessary will be provided upon request. - How can I get the price for my surgery/procedure?
Approximate price quotations will be provided to you after email, information exchanges and after consultation from our surgeons. - Where is the incision? Does it leave a visible scar after the surgery?
Incisions can be high in armpits or along breast crease under the breast. Choices of incisions will be discussed thoroughly with your surgeon during consultation. - Doyou offer discounts?
Price adjustments are given in special instances especially in cases where initial assessments and re-assessments differ on actual consultation. This will be discussed with the surgeon on actual consultation.
